CQA Back in Business!

After months of waiting, CANGURU-QTS-Air College Cycling Team was able to finally start the season in June 2021. And how!



Ryan Gal won gold in the first race of the CQA season in Wetteren, the 20th of June, after a nice 15 km solo.

That same day Victor Vaneeckhoutte also won a race in Merelbeke after a solo of 30 km.

Duarte Marivoet must have thought 'I can't be left behind', because he took the third win that day in Tielt-Winge where he had the best time in the 'Omloop van het Hageland'.

The day after, Viggo Vanneste went home with a 2nd place in Passendale.

One week later, the 26th of June, it was Joes Oosterlincks time to take the credits. That day he became 3th in Jeneffe-en-Condroz and the day after he won the race in Wemmel!

The 30th of June, Duarte Marivoet won his second race of the season in Herbeumont and he got the yellow jumper!

After the win of last weekend, Joes Oosterlinck became 2nd in Iddergem.

The day after, the 4th of July, the CQA team won silver at the BK time trail.

The 6th of July, it was again Ryan Gals time to shine. He became time trail champion in the Netherlands.

The day after it was Joes Oosterlinck's turn to get on the podium again with his 2nd place in Brakel.

The 8th of July Viggo Van Neste and Victor Vaneeckhoutte chaired the podium in Dikkebus.

A beautiful performance from Yarno Hermans: He got the gold medal in the Brabant time trial championship.

Again a shared podium place the 13th of July. This time with Duarte Marivoet and Victor Vaneeckhoutte in Wilrijk. With this win, Duarte strengthens his leading position in the top competition!

The 14th of July was a beautiful day for CQA Cycling Team, because Sander Inion became the new West-Flemish time trail champion!

That same day, we also had a winner with the newcomers in the West-Flemish time trail championship: Matthé De Leyn took the gold medal!

And last, but not least: that same day the stage was covered in CQA colors when Viggo Van Neste became the new Provincial West Flemish champion, Victor Vaneeckhoutte became 2nd and Dimi Van Pamel 3th. Orange/blue all the way!

The 17th of July, Duarte Marivoet won the bronze medal at the Belgian championship time trail.

The day after, Stian Van Oudenhove became close second in Escanaffles.

In Langemark that same day, Viggo Vanneste also took the silver medal.

Two days later he did the same in Roeselare. Again silver for Viggo!

The 25th of July was a good day for the CQA team: Ryan Gal became also 2nd in Geel, but also Victor Vaneeckhoutte won silver in Liedekerke and Milan took the bronze medal home in Westrozebeke.

The 28th of July, the Provincial Championship of West-Flanders took place and Henri Naessens became 3th in the race that day.
