Our first jumper in the spotlight, and not just any jumper… ONE of the founding fathers of CANGURU, Jeroen Poot. He studied as a Commercial Engineer in Management Informatics at the KU-Leuven and in 2010, together with Geert De Winter, founded CANGURU. With that, on the 16th November 2010, Jeroen was officially a fully-fledged CANGURU Jumper.
His main expertise lies in Cx (Customer Experience) projects where he is involved as an architect during deployment and business development. Just like a Swiss army knife, he can do (and knows quite a bit about) almost anything. Multifunctional and useful in every situation, or in this case, every project. We at CANGURU can help your business in every aspect of the SAP Customer Experience portfolio as well, from SAP Sales Cloud to Service Cloud and E-Commerce to Marketing Cloud.
Over the past 10 Years Jeroen has been involved in almost all of our SAP Cx projects at companies such as Telindus, NMBS, Infrax and Baltimore Aircoil, to list just a few. Even though the first project had an overwhelming (yet still successful) go-live, the satisfaction afterwards makes everything worth it.
