Are you the THE colleague Canguru is looking for?

The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our accounts. He/she will be the primary contact when our accounts have business questions or needs that can be solved with our solutions. The key to success in this position is to understand the business needs of our customers and translate them into SAP solutions combined with expert services.  Your consistent follow up ensures every customer opportunity is answered with an appropriate action.


Next to the relationship with our accounts and staff you develop & maintain relationships with parties that are relevant to our business such as:


  • Sourcing platforms,

  • Brokers,

  • Individual freelancers,

  • other SAP-partners when open to do business with us.


You will represent Canguru at external events, at our own events or third party events that are relevant to sustain and grow our business.

What do we expect from you?

  • During the first 60 days you create an account plan based on tangible parameters to prioritize accounts and determine an efficient visit schedule. 

  • You develop and share an action plan in the first 6 months to grow revenue for your accounts, balancing time and material.

  • Within the first few weeks you get familiar with the CANGURU value proposition in order to inspire and engage our customers.

  • After 6 months you’ve built a network with relevant companies that can support you in answering your accounts needs. This includes a network of brokers and freelancers.

  • Within 12 months you’re able to independently provide the right solutions based on the specific needs of your accounts.

  • You work closely with the delivery and knowledge department to rapidly set up and engage the right solution team based on the identified opportunity. You manage availability and priorities.

  • You follow up with your accounts to make sure their questions/needs are met in a timely fashion and to see if they encounter any other topics we can help them out with.

  • You create a transparent administration in the already existing system that can be easily shared within CANGURU.

  • You are able to communicate professionally, both written and verbally in Dutch, English and French.
